Tell us the pet, the procedure, what you paid, the clinic and the city. A bill photo is optional — it just speeds up verification.
A person on our team reviews every bill: unusual amounts get a second look, duplicates are merged, and photos are checked against the amount you entered. Every benchmark shows what share of bills was photo-verified.
Once your metro reaches 10 bills, your bill is shown against the real local range. Public ranges are free for everyone.

Methodology & privacy
A crowdsourced index is only as good as its verification. Ours is published — so a copycat can scrape our numbers but can’t copy our trust.
We never publish a price built from fewer than 10 bills. Thin metro–procedure cells stay hidden until enough pet owners contribute.
Every field earns its place. Nothing is collected “just in case.”
We’re starting with Denver, Colorado and eight common procedures. A metro–procedure page goes public once at least 10 bills back it. Your city isn’t listed? Submit anyway — new metros open where contributors show up.

A person on our team checks the amount against it, strips its metadata, and redacts your name and any account numbers. The photo is never published or shared with anyone.
Never. Your name, email, and bill photo are never sold or shared with anyone. There is one separate, optional consent: anonymized price figures (amount, procedure, metro — nothing that identifies you) may be included in industry benchmark datasets. Those datasets are what help support the free public index.
Never. Only aggregated prices appear — medians and ranges built from at least 10 bills. No individual submission is identifiable.
A price index with one bill per city is noise. We’re building real density in one metro first — ten bills minimum per price — then expanding to the metros where contributors show up.
